Becoming a client

 

If you are interested in becoming our client and purchasing your products directly from Home Aide Diagnostics, Inc. Please fill out the New Client Registration Form below. You will receive a call back from one of our representatives to perform an initial screening to best assign you a representative that is right for your business.

 

Any and all companies looking to open an account with us will go through a trial period in which all orders must be pre-paid prior to the shipping out of any product and before any terms of credit or free shipping can be requested based on the quantity and frequency of your orders.

 

Once the trial period is over, the length of which can vary based on your orders, you may discuss terms with your assigned sales representative and complete the terms and conditions agreement and screening process.
